How do I get started with VaultMotive?
Sign up for a free account to get started immediately. Then add your first vehicle and explore the documentation, work order, and inventory features. Our onboarding checklist will guide you through the basics.
Can I import data from another system?
Yes! VaultMotive supports importing data via CSV files for vehicles, parts, and customers. Contact our support team for assistance with large migrations or custom integrations.
How do I set up the Customer Portal for my clients?
Navigate to your customer record and click "Invite to Portal." Enter their email address and they'll receive a secure link to access their project updates, photos, and documents.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. VaultMotive uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit. We're hosted on AWS with SOC 2 Type II compliance. See our Security page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. For annual plans, contact support to discuss options.
Do you offer phone support?
Phone support is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Free and Premium plans include email support with typical response times under 4 hours.
