Why are collector and shop prices so different?
Because they are different tools for different jobs. Collectors use VaultMotive to document and protect a car — so it is priced like a consumer app. Shops run a business on it — staff, jobs, parts, invoicing — so it is priced like professional software, and it pays for itself the first time it settles a disputed invoice.
Can I try VaultMotive before paying?
Yes — shops start with a 14-day trial, and collectors can start free. We are currently onboarding through early access, so request an invite and we will be in touch.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can move up at any time, and our team helps you transition smoothly with all your data intact.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gets you two months free compared to paying monthly.
